How long did you practice? 5 minutes

 

Please describe how you performed the technique:  This exercise was completed as indicated by the Reiki Master Training Class Manual.  Anthony was seated in a chair and I stood behind him.  I started by grounding myself and conducting a Reiki shower for myself.  I slowly brought my hands into his energy field at his crown and used my mind’s eye to observe chakra activity.  I then connected with his feet and envisioned CKR at his feet. I then envisioned earth’s energy flowing through him, into all of his chakras from the root up.  I then envisioned healing white, sparking energy, in his crown and saw it flowing down through his chakras. All excess energy was then seen flowing out through his feet. I then smoothed his aura in the back and front and ended in CKR at his feet. 

 

Please describe any impressions or intuition you received during the technique:  During this session, I saw that the majority of Anthony’s chakras were still muddy (as seen in the working with currents exercise completed previously).  The most vibrant chakra was his throat chakra (which makes sense because he is an excellent communicator), but the rest of his chakras appeared to be muddy and/or damaged. It is clear that Anthony has a great deal of honest self-work that needs to be done in order to heal.
