Stay healthy now that cold and flu season is here!
I hope you have not come down with your first cold of the season like I have! Usually I'm on top of self-care and nutrition so that I'm healthy and strong all fall and winter, but when you're too busy and/or under a lot of stress those viruses can sneak right in. That's definitely what happened with me. With all the focus on the news about flu season this year, I thought I'd point you to some of my previous articles about how to stay healthy this time of year.

By the way, Reiki is not the only bodywork technique that works on your body's energy system to help you stay healthy.
